Kofi Addo is a trade and public policy expert, with a focus on the development of innovative strategies through a coordinated approach to bridge the economic and social divide in the changing economic climate to meet the challenges of development, creation of jobs, poverty reduction, and achieve the Millennium Development Goals.
He has 15 years’ experience in international development. He has provided advice to Ambassadors and Delegations from Africa, Caribbean and Pacific countries in Geneva, the Minister of Trade, Mongolia, and a number of African countries on trade policy formulation and implementation.
Mr. Addo has worked in three continents (Africa, Asia and Europe) and the multicultural settings have honed his global and cross-cultural policy formulation skills. He is an adjunct lecturer in trade law and development at TRAPCA, Arusha. Kofi Addo holds a doctorate in law from the University of Bern, Switzerland.
