Integrity and Credibility

Integrity is defined as the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; whiles credibility is defined as the quality of being trusted and believed in. When a person is credible, they are people that can be trusted, they are convincing and believable. These two values combined are powerful values that any leader or aspiring leader must have to be successful. Author Stephen R. Covey once said that, "true power is created when individuals perceive that their leaders are honourable, so they trust them, are inspired by them, believe deeply in the goals communicated by them and desired to be led." This one or two day seminar will teach participants how to build, enhance and maintain their integrity to enable them to be true leaders.
