Mr. Mphuthi holds a B.Soc. (Hons) in Psychology is from Wolverhampton Polytechnic in the UK. His M.Sc is in Clinical Psychology from the University of Zimbabwe.
He is currently pursuing his Doctorate degree. He has vast experience in the private sector and as an entrepreneur. He also has over 16 years in the consulting business and has consulted for numerous organisations in the public and private sector in Africa especially in the areas of Strategy Development and Implementation as well as in Business Operations, Operational Modelling, Organisational Design and Implementation Support.
Some of the top organisations he has consulted for include Eskom, DTI, SEDA, International Trade Administration Commission, Johannesburg Road Agency, SA Weather Services to name just a few. He was the task team convenor and co-author of the Presidential Review Commission Report (Human Resources) on Transformation of the Public Sector in South Africa. He is currently the Director of Mphuthi Advantage Implementation Hub Ltd.
