Mohammed Ibn Mukhtar is a scholar in a number of fields: Administrative Sciences, Development and International Cooperation and (Science) Education.
In the African development perspective, his approach is to mix, blend and experiment these different fields. He had worked as a Management Analyst at the Management Services Department of the Office of the Head of the Ghana Civil Service leading teams to find and resolve challenges, problems of their clientele: ministries, departments, agencies including the local government assemblies. He has work through Dev-Pro Consultants and others providing services to the Public Services Commission of Ghana, Education Ministry to mention a few. Dr. Mukhtar has an in-depth knowledge of the Ghanaian public/private administrative, management and governance systems.
Mohammed had also taught in a number of Universities including Ghana Technology University College and University of Professional Studies, Accra.
